Darcy & Associates is a division of The Closing Team, Inc, a woman-owned and operated real estate company serving Los Angeles, San Diego, Ventura and Orange Counties since 1989. The realtors at The Closing Team, Inc have a total of 40 years experience in the Southern California real estate market. They have earned an exceptional reputation for service, and boast a loyal following of repeat buyers and sellers.
Darcy & Associates is managed by Jasmine Darcy, PhD, EcoBroker Certified. Dr. Darcy has a background in environmental affairs, political science, and economics, and teaches courses at Claremont McKenna College and at USC. She holds a BA from UCLA, and a PhD from Lund University, Sweden. Dr. Darcy brings her extensive knowledge of market conditions, economics, and law to her business, providing a unique scope of service to her clients. She also takes genuine delight in helping buyers find their perfect home or investment, and helping sellers take the next step in their lives. She has lived in many parts of Los Angeles County including Pasadena, Claremont, Eagle Rock, Santa Monica, Westwood, Hermosa Beach, Playa del Rey, Studio City, and Sherman Oaks. She has intimate knowledge of Los Angeles and its surrounding Counties, and represents both buyer and sellers throughout the region.
