You were completely on top of everything during that time, and I so much appreciated that you followed up each of our phone conversations with an email, to ensure that we were on the same page. Amazingly, you always returned my calls and emails within 15 minutes. I am not exaggerating. In all, you made this short sale a walk in the park for me.
